Experience with promising activities
Entering the Chinese market
If you wish to do business in China, we supply products at your request, provide consulting services to help you start a company there and establish connections through our well-developed business partner network. We cooperate with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce office in Shanghai and help establish new and maintain the existing relations with the clients. Our fully-equipped technical and legal team will assist you in your R&D and production projects in the Electronics sector. We help you protect your intellectual rights and patents in the Chinese market.
Automotive Industry
We have developed more than 20 points of sale and service partners enabling us to import and distribute products of fine-quality Italian brands for car washes and car detailing centres throughout Southeast Europe.
As importers and distributors of LIWREA special liquid films, we apply the product and provide technical training for its application in cooperation with our partners.
Nautical Industry
We represent numerous brands known worldwide, such as Stoppani, Boero Yacht Coatings, SeaJet and Awlgrip. We distribute painting and polishing materials, nanotechnology products as well as appliances and yacht and boat cleaning and refurbishment chemicals, including technical assistance and application of all these products.
HoReCa
We distribute high-quality hotel maintenance and cleaning equipment, such as professional vacuum cleaners and high-pressure washers manufactured by Idropavese, an Italian company. Beside offering products of a German company, High Tech Solutions GmbH, designed for catering professionals with refined clients, we also act as a service centre for their Cream Creator. We provide a full distribution and supply service of cleaning chemicals and detergents for hotels, restaurants and bars, and the whole range of food industry chemical products.
Tourism
Exotravel travel agency, focused on the Chinese market, has given us the opportunity to gain experience in the specific forms of tourism, such as Gastronomy, Wine and Congress tourism. Although the agency does not operate any more, we still have the knowledge acquired in the tourism sector. We learnt what it means to organise congresses in Croatia and China, how to enter into and implement the wine tour-based excursion agreements and how to organise package tours. This experience helped us understand foreign clients, their wishes and attitudes towards Croatia and we have used it to improve the offer within other activities we perform.
Everything is possible.

Early contact from 2016? We still cooperate. First partnerships are the most difficult but also the most valuable ones.
2016
Setting up Exotrade d.o.o. in Rijeka
Our story begins in Rijeka, a town with a long maritime and trade tradition.
- Presenting Croatia to China
- Becoming Avhil’s (Liwrea brand) Asia Area Manager
- Becoming Liwrea general importer for the Croatian market
2017
Expanding our product portfolio
Beside providing trainings in the Liwrea product segment we:
- signed the Distribution Agreement for Extreme Plus products, an Italian car detailing bran
- kept developing our Exotravel travel agency
- continued promoting Croatian products on the Chinese market.
2018
Partnership with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai
In cooperation with the Chamber we open the doors of the Chinese market to the Croatian entrepreneurs and broad the network both in Croatia and China
We set up a representation office dealing with Idropavese products, an Italian manufacturer of the professional cleaning equipment
2019
We set up a company in China
After huge preparations, we registered Shanghai Exotrade Consulting Co. Ltd. mainly engaging in the supply of a wide range of products at clients’ request and in the provision of consulting services for setting up companies in China
We started negotiations related with the acquisition of the master franchise rights on the American product Restor FX for Italy and the region of ex Yugoslavia.
2020
We set up a company in Italy
We registered Exotrade Toscana S.r.l. with the aim of placing RestorFX, an innovative product intended for car detailing centres, on the market.
During this difficult year, we started supplying COVID-19-related material from the Chinese market by intensively using our business network to help Europe and the countries of the ex Yugoslav region.
